We’re looking for an Auto Body Technician who values craftsmanship, consistency, and being part of a well-run, team-focused shop.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for structural and non-structural body repairs, following OEM procedures and shop standards in a production-focused environment with strong repair planning and support.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform structural and non-structural body repairs

  • Disassemble and reassemble vehicles properly and safely

  • Perform panel replacement, straightening, and metal repair

  • Follow OEM repair procedures and documentation requirements

  • Use proper repair methods, measuring systems, and equipment

  • Communicate with production and estimators on repair needs

  • Maintain clean, organized work areas

  • Take pride in repair quality and final fit & finish

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience as an auto body / collision repair technician

  • Strong understanding of OEM repair procedures

  • Ability to maintain quality under production volume

  • Attention to detail and pride in workmanship

  • Team-oriented mindset and professionalism

I-CAR training and OEM certifications valued

Structural repair experience a plus

Team Incentive Compensation

  • Incentives are based on delivered shop revenue, not individual sales or written estimates

  • The incentive pool activates once delivered revenue exceeds $225,000 per month

  • Payouts increase as shop performance improves

  • Incentives are shared among front-office and production-support team members

Skill Tier 2 — Body Technician II

Independent Production Technician

  • Full R&I and panel replacement

  • Minimal supervision required
